Good Job one your comment on Tilly’s blog. It was short but you were positive and encouraging. This is great to help the person feel good about their work and know what they are already doing well. It’s also awesome to see that you clearly introduced yourself, related to her work and followed up with a question. Great stuff.
But it’s also really important to go a bit deeper in that “Helpful” part a bit more too. Maybe suggesting they could also try something different or new to make their blog post even better.
When we do this in a kind, caring way it helps them learn and improve. It takes a bit of practice which I’m still learning to do as I’m commenting on your blogs too but it’s worth it to help others improve.
